Experience that matters
For Consultant and Senior Associate opportunities, we look for several years of experience implementing lean value streams in manufacturing and office environments. Experience with mixed-model value streams and shared machine-shop resources is valuable.
Explain ideas clearly, teach in front of a group and work confidently with executives and frontline employees. Bring strong communication, organization and attention to detail.
Consultant and Senior Associate work involves substantial travel in the United States and internationally. Relocation to our headquarters is not required.
The current criteria for these opportunities include a bachelor’s degree in management, engineering or business. Tell us about your qualifications and relevant experience.

Interim Operations Leaders work on contracts and can work elsewhere between assignments. There may also be opportunities to join Duggan in a consulting role.
For Consultant and Senior Associate roles, we present an offer following successful interviews. For approved interim candidates, each placement opportunity has its own compensation offer, reflecting the client’s budget, your experience and your expectations.
