Experienced operations leaders · Interim opportunities

Deep experience.
The Duggan way.

Bring your operating experience to a contract leadership assignment, with access to Duggan’s consulting expertise. We match experienced leaders with client needs suited to their background.

Lead the operation, develop people and build lasting capability, with Duggan consultants available for advice and support. Between assignments, you are free to work elsewhere.

What makes the approach different

Your experience, strengthened by the Duggan way

We look for leaders who have already carried responsibility for an operation. Assignments build on that experience, with advice and support from Duggan consultants as you strengthen delivery, daily leadership and client capability.

Bring a whole-operation perspective

Connect customer demand, product families and the flow of work. Bring your judgment to daily decisions, from order through production and delivery.

Draw on practical support

Access Duggan consultants for advice, support and additional resources when needed. You bring responsibility for the operation, with experienced colleagues to draw on.

Build capability alongside performance

Coach people as they use the operating routines. Bring your judgment and experience while helping others understand the method and take ownership of it.

Leave a system people can sustain

Prepare clear responsibilities, working routines and a practical handover. The aim is stronger daily execution and capability that remains with the client after the assignment.

Who we welcome

Experienced leaders who keep learning

We welcome conversations with accomplished plant and operations managers, functional leaders and senior operations professionals, including those with supply chain, logistics, warehouse, maintenance, quality or continuous improvement experience.

Your background may include assembly, machining and fabrication, high-mix/low-volume or higher-volume manufacturing. What matters is the responsibility you have held, how you have developed people and your willingness to learn and apply the Duggan way.
